The title of this silk painting depicts the state of the flowers. 

If you view the artwork from left to right, then the flower is becoming less, and disappearing. If you view it from right to left, as do many cultures, then it is becoming fuller. 

In life you may appear as this flower.  The important thing is, what is your perspective? Are you becoming… more or less?

I feel there is a sense of freedom and flow in this silk painting. We are not meant to worry about our life, but have a relationship with God where we know He sees us and loves us and is always drawing us closer to Him and into the fullness of His presence.

I love the vibrancy of silk dyes. These Australian waratahs hold their own beauty.

I also see in this painting the beauty of the flowers as they disappear and become transparent… more of Him and less of me.
